Project
Award Concepts' integration involved creating a new checkout process for their clients and the award programs associated with those clients. It also meant creating rules and technologies to communicate securely with their Solomon database hosted internally on MS-SQL server.
Process
We started out by building an Administrative system that facilitated the construction of client purchasing shopping carts and checkouts. They needed a system that can deploy quickly and easily and above all, consistently. They had previously used systems that required customization for each client and this had proved tedious. With our system, new client accounts could be quickly and easily loaded into the system. Integrating with their accounting system also helped ensure that orders were processed and integrated into their reporting systems.

Award Concepts has been able to offer the service of online programs and product offerings to more clients than ever, and also able to expand their sales by making it even more convenient for the awardees to order their service award.
